    I own a small interest in Garfield County, Colorado, and I’ve been approached by two different brokers about leasing. I don’t know much about them and would feel more comfortable if I had a recommendation from someone who has already worked with a reliable broker in that county. Any suggestions?

    I worked with a broker called Rocky Mountain Land Services. They were fair and transparent.

    Second what Jason said. Always check references before signing anything, though.
